Message	excess air at start up. This would seem to jive with your symptoms going away once the car warms up. Anyway, might check to see if there is corrosion on the light blue connector located on the AAC at the back driver's side of engine, and if so clean it off or replace the connector if it is really bad. Also check for cracked or loose hoses coming off that device and replace as necessary. Your immediate problem does sound like it's flooded. Give it a few hours and then try it again. Good luck.
